ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grain
- 🍚 2 cups of soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can of scallops (65g)
Vegetable
- 🥬 5 cm of daikon, peeled and julienned
- Mitsuba, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tsp of kombu tea
ШАГИ
Peel and julienne the daikon. Wash and drain the rice. Cut mitsuba into bite-sized pieces. Separate the scallop meat and juice from the can.
In the rice cooker, add rice, kombu tea, scallop juice, and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well. Flatten the rice, then layer daikon and scallop meat on top. Cook as usual.
Once cooked, mix thoroughly, serve in bowls, and garnish with mitsuba.
