ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can (70g) scallops
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Condiments
- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200cc water + scallop juice
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Separate scallops from the can juice. Add water to the juice to make 200cc.
In a bowl, mix eggs, scallops, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté green onion until softened.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, stir gently, and cook until set. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean and add sauce ingredients. Heat until boiling, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with cooked eggs, pour sauce over, and garnish with chopped green onion.
