- 🍚 150g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 125g canned scallops
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g sliced daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Wei-Pa seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice thinly into quarter-moon shapes.
In a pot, bring water, Wei-Pa seasoning, salt, and canned scallops (including the juice) to a boil. Add rice and daikon, then simmer on low heat for 7–10 minutes until the rice softens.
Serve in bowls, garnish with chopped green onion, and drizzle sesame oil on top.
