- 🦪 4 fresh scallops
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Spices
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Dry parsley to taste
ШАГИ
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Slice the garlic thinly. Cut the scallops in half.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add chili and potatoes, then stir-fry briefly.
Add scallops and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
