ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 1 whole sea bream (250g)
- 🦪 120g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 new potatoes (200g)
- 🥦 4 asparagus spears (80g)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- A pinch of Italian parsley
Condiments
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 150ml water
ШАГИ
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Place the sea bream in the pan and sear both sides lightly.
Add clams, new potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and parsley to the pan.
Pour in white wine, water, and sprinkle with salt.
Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with bread or rice to soak up the flavorful broth.
