Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Cut the bamboo shoot into sections: halve the tip vertically and cut into wedges, then slice the root thinly. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pan over low heat. Once aromatic, add shrimp, octopus, and bamboo shoot. Cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
