ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grains
- 🍚 3 cups of soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦐 200g of peeled shrimp
- 🐙 150g of boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 sliced mushrooms
Seasoning
- Water as needed
- 2 cubes of consomme
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 20g of salted butter
Herbs
- Chopped parsley as needed
ШАГИ
Slice mushrooms into 5mm pieces and finely chop the consomme cubes.
Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Add the soaked rice, consomme, salt, pepper, and water to the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice surface. Layer the octopus, mushrooms, shrimp, and butter on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine the ingredients. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley.
