    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp water

Cut tuna and salmon into 1.5cm cubes. Mix the cooled sauce with tuna, salmon, and squid in a bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Slice shiso leaves thinly.

Serve rice in a bowl, sprinkle shiso leaves on top, and pile the marinated seafood over the rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
