- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥔 1 medium potato
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (pollock roe)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Mayonnaise for topping

- Parsley for garnish
ШАГИ
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 5 minutes.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and scoop out the roe into a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Mash the potato while still hot and mix in the mentaiko-mayonnaise mixture.
Stuff the shiitake mushrooms with the potato mixture, pipe mayonnaise on top, and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
