ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Mushroom
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 蘑菇 emoji 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
Legumes
- 1 pack natto
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Herbs
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
Seasoning
- 1 packet natto sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Trim the root ends of the shimeji and enoki mushrooms. Separate the shimeji by hand and cut the enoki in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shimeji and enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add natto and the seasoning ingredients (natto sauce, mirin, soy sauce). Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
