ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 30g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 15g shredded pizza cheese
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Topping
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
ШАГИ
Remove edamame beans from their pods and beat the egg in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg, and stir until semi-cooked. Add the rice and stir until it becomes fluffy, then mix in the shirasu and edamame.
Season with salt and pepper, add the pizza cheese, and stir until melted. Turn off the heat, drizzle soy sauce in a circular motion, and mix well. Top with shredded nori and serve.
