ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried shirasu
Seaweed
- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Liquid
- 2 tbsp pasta water
ШАГИ
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat garlic, chili, and olive oil in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add spaghetti, pasta water, shirasu, and salt. Mix well to coat the pasta.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle torn roasted nori on top.
