ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 20g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Eggs and Dairy
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🧀 15g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 80ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a frying pan, combine mentsuyu and water, bring to a boil, then add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add half of the shirasu, shredded cheese, and beaten egg to the pan. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve the cooked white rice in a bowl, top with the egg mixture, and garnish with the remaining shirasu and chopped green onion.
