Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 5 cm daikon radish, grated
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 50 ml mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 150 ml water
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and grate the daikon radish.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the mentsuyu and water. Add the udon noodles, then top with shirasu, shiso leaves, and grated daikon radish. Serve immediately.
