ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 bag (150g) konjac noodles
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seasonings
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the bell peppers and carrot into thin strips.
Blanch the konjac noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove any odor.
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, miso, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add the konjac noodles, bell peppers, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir well to coat the ingredients evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
