ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes (about 400g)
- 🥑 1 avocado
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 🍋 1/4 lemon thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Peel and shred the potatoes into thin strips.
Boil the shredded potatoes quickly until tender but still firm. Drain and cool.
Cook the peeled shrimp with sake and a pinch of salt until pink and fully cooked.
Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the lemon dressing by mixing lemon slices, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Combine the potatoes, shrimp, and avocado in a bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
