- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 3 stalks asparagus, sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Flour
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
ШАГИ
Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower stems. Slice diagonally.
Rinse the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, sauté asparagus until coated in butter. Add shrimp and cook until color changes.
Add flour to the pan and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring over low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
