Rice
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧈 20g unsalted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍅 200g canned whole tomatoes
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of dried parsley
ШАГИ
Dice the yellow bell pepper into 7mm cubes and slice the mushrooms thinly.
Add rice, seasonings (salt, olive oil, consomme, butter, garlic, tomatoes), and water to the rice cooker. Mix well.
Place shrimp, diced bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms on top of the rice mixture. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Serve the cooked pilaf on a plate and sprinkle dried parsley on top.
