- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 60g burdock root, sliced
Oils
- 150cc olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

- 🧄 1 clove garlic
ШАГИ
Slice the burdock root diagonally and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain and pat dry. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Clean the peeled shrimp by removing the vein, rinse under water, and pat dry.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add burdock and shrimp, then cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until burdock is tender.
