Seafood
- 🦐 6 shrimp (90g), peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Garnish
- 🍋 1 slice lemon
ШАГИ
Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse and pat dry.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion. Cut the lemon into quarters.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, sauté shrimp until they change color, then remove. Add onion and cabbage, cooking until softened.
Add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Pour in water and consomme, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add milk and cook over medium heat until thickened. Return shrimp to the pan, season with salt and lemon juice, and simmer briefly.
Plate the dish and garnish with a lemon slice.
