- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices (70g) Camembert cheese
Oil
- 150cc olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Vegetable
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry to remove excess moisture.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and simmer for about 2 minutes until cooked through. Turn off the heat and add Camembert cheese.
