ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🍤 10–12 shelled shrimp (200–250g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Spices
- 1/3 tsp sansho powder
Oils and Liquids
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse under cold water.
Cut the corn kernels off the cob and slice the green onion thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Add corn, green onion, sake, salt, and sansho powder to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your shrimp and corn stir-fry.
