- 150g grated yam
Seafood
- 🦐 10 peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp aonori (seaweed powder)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Herb
- 10 shiso leaves
Flour
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- As needed salad oil for frying
ШАГИ
Grate the yam and cut the peeled shrimp into small pieces. Coat the shrimp with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix the grated yam, shrimp, aonori, and salt until well combined.
Place 1/10 of the mixture onto each shiso leaf and roll it up.
Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry the rolls, turning them occasionally, until they are fluffy and golden brown.
