- 🍤 80g boiled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salted kelp
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until tender.
Mash the potatoes roughly while they are still hot and let them cool slightly.
Add the shrimp, shiso leaves, salted kelp, mayonnaise, and white sesame seeds to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
