ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Mixture
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Chili oil as needed
ШАГИ
Drain the tofu and cut it into slices. Coat each slice lightly with potato starch.
Prepare the shrimp mixture by finely chopping the shrimp and mixing it with green onion, ginger, sake, potato starch, and salt.
Sandwich the shrimp mixture between two slices of tofu.
Heat salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu patties until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil in a bowl.
Serve the tofu patties with the sauce drizzled on top.
