ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦐 150g of peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato, 120g
- 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of sake
Oil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp of tomato paste
- 🥛 200ml of milk
Additional Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Place the peeled shrimp in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and sake, then pat dry.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Prepare the shimeji mushrooms by trimming the base and separating them by hand.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the shimeji mushrooms, and sauté until softened.
Add shrimp, potato, tomato paste, milk, salt, and pepper to the pan. Simmer until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
