Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Soy Products
- 4 pieces koya tofu (68g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 10g cilantro
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Additional Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Soak koya tofu in water until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
Chop half of the shrimp finely and leave the other half roughly chopped for texture.
Mix chopped shrimp, onion, cilantro, salt, potato starch, and sake in a bowl.
Spread the shrimp mixture evenly onto the koya tofu pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until golden and crispy on both sides.
