Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (200g) atsuage
- 150g komatsuna
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 180cc water
ШАГИ
Cut the root ends off the komatsuna and slice into 4cm pieces, separating stems and leaves. Cut the atsuage in half along the short side and slice into 1.5cm strips.
Heat mentsuyu and water in a pot over medium heat. Add the atsuage and stir briefly. Once boiling, spread the komatsuna stems evenly and cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Mix lightly, then spread the komatsuna leaves evenly. Let them soak in the broth and cook until tender.
