ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers (120g), sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms (50g), hand-torn
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of dashi granules
- 💧 50cc water
ШАГИ
Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into 1cm wide strips. Tear the maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Julienne the ginger.
In a pot, combine all the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, dashi granules, and water) and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the bell peppers, maitake mushrooms, and ginger. Stir to combine.
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes. Stir gently to mix everything evenly.
