- 1/2 piece pollock roe
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
Soy Products
- 1 piece fried tofu, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 150cc water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
ШАГИ
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Scoop out the pollock roe using a spoon.
Slice the fried tofu into half along the shorter side, then cut into 1cm strips.
Bring water and dashi powder to a boil in a pot. Add cabbage, fried tofu, pollock roe, soy sauce, and mirin. Mix well, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes until the cabbage softens.
