Place the salmon, daikon, enoki mushrooms, and seasoning ingredients into a frying pan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes while spooning the broth over the ingredients.
