ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root (90g), sliced thinly
- 🌱 200g grated daikon radish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 50cc concentrated mentsuyu (3x strength)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
☆ Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 150cc water
- 🌿 2 slices of ginger
ШАГИ
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips and sprinkle with salt.
Slice the burdock root thinly on a diagonal and soak in water. Drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the pork and cook until its color changes. Add the burdock and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the ☆ ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 7–8 minutes.
Add the grated daikon and mentsuyu, mix well, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
