ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 300g daikon, peeled and sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
ШАГИ
Peel the daikon and slice it into thin rounds. Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and daikon, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add all the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
