Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 🥬 200g spinach
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
ШАГИ
Wash spinach thoroughly, trim the roots, and blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds per batch. Cool in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil. Cut into half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm strips along the longer side.
In a clean pot, combine water, mirin, soy sauce, and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add tofu and spinach, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
