ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦑 150g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish, peeled and quartered
- 4 slices ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Cut the daikon radish into 1.5cm slices, peel thickly, and quarter. Slice the ginger thinly.
In a pot, heat water and all seasonings except soy sauce. Once boiling, add soy sauce, daikon, squid, and ginger. Stir and remove scum, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
