Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly cook the potatoes.
Add 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic and cook further.
Add water to the pan, just enough to cover the potatoes slightly.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, and 3 tbsp corn syrup.
Stir the mixture thoroughly to coat the potatoes evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and continue to braise the potatoes.
Cook until the water evaporates completely and the potatoes are well-braised.
