ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 5 sheets fish cake
- 100g glass noodles
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Peel and slice the onion, carrot, and green onion. Cut the fish cake into thin strips after rinsing with hot water.
Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes, then rinse and drain them thoroughly.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the carrot and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add the glass noodles and stir-fry until well combined with the other ingredients.
Add minced garlic and mix well.
Pour in 4 tbsp soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with 2 more tbsp soy sauce if needed.
Add green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Mix well to finish.
