- 🥑 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 1 pinch pepper
- 🥚 1 egg
ШАГИ
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a knife to gently twist the pit out.
Fill the pit cavity with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Scoop out the seasoned avocado with a small spoon and enjoy as a raw dish.
For the second variation, sprinkle pizza cheese over the seasoned avocado.
Crack an egg into the cavity of one avocado half.
Microwave until the cheese melts and the egg is cooked to your preference.
