ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 200g rice cakes
- 🧅 1 handful chopped spring onions
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 300ml water
ШАГИ
Wash the rice cakes thoroughly and set aside.
Chop the spring onions into small pieces and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 2 tbsp of gochujang in a pan, stir-fry lightly for 30 seconds. Add the rice cakes and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of corn syrup, mix well. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
Pour 300ml of water into the pan and stir continuously. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
