Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of salted salmon (200g)
- 🥬 3-4 leaves of spring cabbage (200g)
- 🌱 3-4 green asparagus spears (100g)
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Wash and cut the spring cabbage into large pieces and trim the asparagus.
Place the cabbage leaves on the bottom of a steaming tray, followed by the asparagus and salmon fillets.
Mix the sake, sesame oil, and salt in a small bowl and drizzle over the salmon and vegetables.
Cover the steaming tray and steam over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
