Essential Ingredients
- 1 bowl kimchi
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 canned ham
- 🍚 1/2 bowl rice
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Add a pinch of salt to the eggs and scramble them in a pan.
Cut the canned ham into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry chopped kimchi, add 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, and cook until slightly caramelized. Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Place 1 bowl of rice in a serving dish and arrange the scrambled eggs, ham, and kimchi neatly on top.
