ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 8 snap peas
- 🌽 60g canned corn
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour for coating
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour for batter
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Liquid
- 💧 50cc cold water
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them into thirds.
Clean the peeled shrimp, remove the vein, rinse, and pat dry. Cut into quarters.
Place snap peas, shrimp, corn, and 2 tbsp flour into a plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat evenly.
Mix the batter ingredients (flour, cornstarch, and cold water) in a bowl, then add the coated ingredients and mix well.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Scoop 1/4 of the mixture with a spatula and drop into the oil. Fry for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt.
