- 🌱 12 snap peas (120g)
Condiments
- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍣 1/2 cod roe (25g)
ШАГИ
Remove the strings from the snap peas. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Cut the snap peas diagonally into halves.
Make a slit in the cod roe and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the cod roe and mayonnaise. Add the snap peas and toss until evenly coated.
