ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
- 🍗 50g ground chicken
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Mix the natto in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine ground chicken, seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger), and the natto sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Stir to break up the chicken into crumbles.
Add the natto and chopped green onion to the cooked chicken and mix well.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the chicken and natto mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center.
