ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 200g dried squid
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the dried squid into shorter pieces for easier consumption.
Add 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pot.
Add 4 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp vinegar to the pot.
Pour in 200ml water and mix the ingredients well.
Cook on high heat while stirring to coat the squid evenly with the sauce.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp ketchup and 2 tbsp sesame oil, then stir well.
Cook on high heat for 30 seconds to blend the flavors.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well.
