ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 100g somen noodles
- 100g ground pork
- 30g chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Chili oil to taste
ШАГИ
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.
Boil the somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and cut into shorter lengths.
Mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, potato starch, salt) until smooth, then add somen, chives, and ground pork.
Combine the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili oil) in a bowl.
Heat half the sesame oil in a pan, spread the batter into a round shape, cover, and cook for 3–4 minutes. Flip, add remaining sesame oil, and cook until crispy.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, serve with the sauce on the side.
