Main Ingredient
- 🥡 1 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of salt for seasoning
ШАГИ
Cut the tofu into cubes and place it on a cutting board to drain excess water.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the tofu for seasoning and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, water, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground pepper, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with olive oil and pan-fry the tofu cubes over medium heat until golden and crispy.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors.
