- 🥩 130g pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack soybean sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 300cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
ШАГИ
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots of soybean sprouts and cut them in half. Slice the garlic thinly.
Place soybean sprouts, pork, and garlic into a pot. Add water and all seasoning ingredients. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
