ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 200g rice cake
- Enough cooking oil for frying
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Combine gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, water, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the sauce mixture into a pan and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the sauce until it thickens to a sticky consistency.
Prepare the rice cakes by softening them. Either boil them briefly or microwave for 1 minute.
Thread the softened rice cakes onto skewers.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the skewered rice cakes over medium heat until golden and crispy.
Brush the prepared sauce generously onto the fried rice cake skewers.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve warm.
