Vegetables
- 1 bag mizuna, trimmed and cut into 4-5cm pieces
Seafood
- 250g clams
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 sliced chili
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Liquids
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ШАГИ
Trim the mizuna and cut into 4-5cm pieces. Thinly slice the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add sake, clams, and chili, then stir-fry over medium heat.
Cover the pan and steam until the clams open. Add mizuna and stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
